That's pretty much how I felt when my alarm went off this morning. When I finally peeled myself off my bed at 5:45am, I realized that today was Wednesday and not Tuesday (I was thrown off from the holiday weekend - not that I'm complaining), and thus cross-training day. I was in no mood to go on a 35-minute bike ride for cross-training, so I decided to do some pilates from a DVD.
Has anyone heard of
Needless to say, I look a bit different when I'm doing the workout.

But seriously. If you want a butt-kicking workout at home, you should try her DVDs. As long as you can stand watching someone be that happy while you are dying a little.
Abdominal exercise machines are perfect for this and it is actually performed by alternating average-intensity pace with high-intensity bursts of 1-2 minutes, based on how fit you're.
